the highest grade of Green Tea available. Before harvesting, Gyokuro is
shaded to allow the leaves to develop a higher chlorophyll level and less
tannin. This promotes a refreshing sweet and mellow superior flavor with a flowery aroma. Gyokuro contains high concentrates of polyphenols that is a powerful antioxidant.
